6-day Beijing Shanghai Muslim Train Tour

Day 1: Arrival in Beijing (D)
Upon arrival in Beijing, our professional English speaking guide will meet you with your name sign and escort you to the hotel. The rest of the day is at your leisure to recover from jet leg.

Day 2: Beijing (B+L+D)
A full day city tour to Tiananmen Square the largest square in the world and Forbidden City the home of 24 emperors built in Ming Dynasty. In the afternoon go to visit Temple of Heaven where the Ming and Qing emperors worship the God for good harvests. Then we will move to Ox Street Mosque where is open and free for our Muselmann. In the evening, you will enjoy the famous Peking Duck then go to watch the fantastic Acrobat show.

Day 3: Beijing (B+L+D)
You will go to visit the awesome Great Wall of China, to view the spectacular man-made project visible from the space and in the afternoon you will stroll along the Ming Tomb. On your way back you will have a chance to go around the National Stadium (Bird's Nest) where 2008 Beijing Olympics Opening and Closing Ceremonies were held, and the National Aquatics Center nicknamed "the Water Cube".

Day 4: Beijing/ Shanghai(B+L+D)
This morning you will go to visit the one of the World Heritage Sites Summer Palace, the well preserved and largest royal summer resort for the Empress Dowager Cixi after lunch you will go to visit the Hutong to see the authentic life of local people and experience rickshaw in the narrow alley and have dinner with a family there. In the evening you will take the overnight soft sleeper train from Beijing to Shanghai.

Day 5 Shanghai (B+L+D)
After arriving, our guide will pick you up at the railway station and then you will be taken to Shanghai Oriental Pearl Tower, which is 468 meters high and and the first highest in Asia and the third highest in the world. Then we will move to Jade Buddha Temple, which is called Yufosi in Chinese and is an ancient one with 70 resident monks at last count. It was built between 1911 and 1918. And then we have a short break and have lunch. In the afternoon, we will visit Yuyuan Garden, which is a classical garden in the downtown of Shanghai. And drive to Nanjing Road, which is one of the most famous shopping streets in the world. Then we have one hour to do the Huangpu River Cruise.

Day 6 Shanghai (B)
After having breakfast in the hotel, we will transfer you to the airport and see you off.
