A good omen of the Red Lantern Tour was to have a warm smile and greeting as our guide (Sophie) gathered the jet-lagged crop of travelers at the Beijing Airport. By Shanghai, we knew we were lucky to have an incredible Program Director who was multi-tasking every step of the way.
Let us remember those fine days on the Yangtze as we cut through the land east to west taking in the life along this mighty river. Chongqing, Xi'an, Guilin and Hong Kong we are reflecting on as we prepare to leave China.
Thank CTG, for offering us excellent tour guide, delicious Chinese food and good service.

We enjoyed our China trip very much. For me the stone forest was the most interesting and the Li river cruise. My husband enjoys the Yangtze River cruise. The best guide we had was in Guillin. Her English was very good and tried to show us a lot. The nicest hotel was in Lijiang. The only thing to say is we spend a lot of time at the airports. Always too early and have 1 hour delay by the inland flight that is a waste of time. But all together we enjoyed it very much and if we met persons in Hallond we sure will recommend you. Thanks

My name is Eugene Huang. First of all, I would like to express my sincerest gratitude for helping me and my family organise the 8-day (14th-21st Dec 2009) Xian trip. The group of 3, which includes me, my mum and dad, would like to thank you for being so accommodating to our various requests even before the trip starts. Everything was really well-organised and that ultimately ensured a smooth, fuss-free travel for us. So once again, a BIG thank you! =)
Also, we would also like to extend our thanks to beautiful Ms Zheng Ni (Jenny) who has been an excellent tour guide for us. Her professionalism and in-depth knowledge of the ancient historical sites impressed us. Her friendly, well-spoken and kind-hearted nature really warmed our hearts. She even held my mum's arm during our way down Huashan and HuangDi Tomb. Its these little sweet gestures that made the trip such a pleasant one. And we became good friends eventually! Of course, not forgetting Mr. Li (affectionately called Li Shi Fu) who was our driver for the entire trip. He was extremely skilled behind the wheels and had no trouble weaving through the crowded Xian city roads or driving through rugged terrains in the outskirts of Xian. He made us felt safe and secured during the trip. Kudos for Mr Li!
All in all, it is one of the best trips that I ever had. My only regret is that we did not get to see the Song of Eternal Sorrow performance since there are no shows for it in winter time. But that made us want to re-visit Xian even more and rekindle those cherished memories we have for the city. Within and beyond those old ancient city walls, Xian is really a city that has so much to offer, it definitely has something for the young and old. I'll definitely recommend touring Xian to all of my friends and would not hesitate to engage your company services again should me and family want to visit China again! Thank you again for all your efforts on our behalf and for organizing one of the most memorable trips we have ever had.
